Todays task was a swim spa relocation from its current home in Newcastle a few miles up the road to its new home.
The family who own the spa are moving to a newly built property and the build required the swim spa to be relocated ahead of the property completion due to access restrictions when the house build is complete.
First task was to remove the gazebo which had been built to protect the swim spa from the elements. Paul and the team used the crane to lift it off and place in the garden ready for transport.
Once the gazebo was off, it was time to lift the swim spa. 5 metres in length and 1.3 tonnes of swim spa was lifted out carefully and on to the trailer for transport. The spa was carefully wrapped for the transport.
After a short journey up the motorway, it was time to lift the swim spa from the trailer into its new home. A specially prepared area had been created to locate the spa.
